Beyond expectations! Unbelievable job!

Goodelman Demolition showed up with 7 guys to demo my main floor after a contractor did a terrible reno. They used plastic to seal off rooms not being worked on and sealed all of the vents to prevent dust. They also had equipment to properly seal the upstairs from dust which was a large open space. They wrapped all of my furniture before moving it into the garage they also cleaned for me. Then they tore through the bad flooring in no time. While some guys pulled up flooring, other guys swept or carried out trash. Amazing teamwork! All of the guys were friendly and helpful. They even took their shoes off when they helped me carry stuff upstairs so they wouldn’t risk getting the carpet dirty. The house was left properly demo’d so the next trade could start the next day. All of the trash from the demo was carted away by them, including leftover supplies from the bad reno and anything else I wanted to throw away in my garage. Once my project was fully completed, they showed up with 4 guys at a time that was convenient for me and helped carry all of my furniture back in and put up with me moving things back and forth to get in the right spot. Overall amazing team of guys. Got the work done quickly, smoothly, and professionally.
